We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Centre Agent to join our team on a work-from-home basis in Nottingham. This role involves managing inbound and outbound calls for our e-commerce store, ensuring exceptional customer service and support.
Responsibilities:
- Inbound Call Handling: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, addressing questions about products, orders, and services.
- Order Processing: Assist customers with processing payments and managing orders, including handling issues related to shipping or cancellations.
- Customer Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints and concerns professionally, aiming for first-call resolution whenever possible.
- Outbound Calls: Make follow-up calls to customers regarding order status, promotions, or other relevant communications.
- Database Management: Update customer records in our CRM system to ensure accurate data and efficient follow-up.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our e-commerce products to provide informed support and recommendations.
Requirements:
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call centre environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software and other call centre tools.
